Dynamic silence is a method of gatekeeping or limiting all access to the public media, pop culture, and monopolized official narrative to those with acceptable points of view.
- Stage one: Unwelcome folks are simply denied access nor reach to public broadcasting or mass distribution via access media.
- Stage two: Repetition of negative publicity and de-legitimization of unacceptable individuals or organizations until thoroughly smeared and slandered, true or not, in the public eye.
Dynamic silence is most effective with a collective unified message from all branches of the controlled legacy corporate media, and more recent social media.

Ryan Dawson on Zionism and the Jewish Lobby (?:??:??) ~ Ryan Dawson of The ANC Report, 2016-10-17. on thkelly67 Tim Kelly's "Our Interesting Times" podcast. They speak on dynamic silence from about 1:06:00 to about 1:11:00. |
“Dynamic Silence was invented by Rabbi Feinberg of the American Jewish Committee in 1947 as a method of closing off all access to the public media - and thus the larger culture - for people or organizations deemed to have an unacceptable point of view. In spite of minor changes and adaptations, it can still be understood as being comprised of two parts. In the first part, unfavored individuals are denied unmediated exposure to the public. In the second part, only negative aspects of the unfavored individuals are reported. This starts a downward spiral of de-legitimization in the public eye in which the harder unfavored individuals try to get public exposure, the more negative and unflattering that exposure becomes until, finally, nobody wants to be associated with the ideas of beliefs of the unfavored individuals.”

Beyond dynamic silence
Dynamic silence is just the first two steps in silencing opposition.
- If you are a nobody speaking freely about inconvenient truths, they'll just ignore you - or maybe censor, fine, jail, or kill you - but few will notice or care.
- If you are a small celebrity/influencer speaking freely about inconvenient truths, they'll make your life difficult, harass, slander, and lie about you, perhaps worse.
- If you are a medium celebrity/influencer speaking freely about inconvenient truths, they'll belittle, discredit, ridicule, smear, and dig up dirt on you - true or not.
- If you are a big celebrity/influencer speaking freely about inconvenient truths, they'll assassinate you and make it look like an accident, suicide, or random violence.
