AWZ Venture Capital is a spooky global investment firm focused on multi-use commercial applications of AI-based, deep-tech, fintech, cybersecurity, medical technology, and intelligence technologies. The board is a who-is-who of US and UK - and especially - Israeli spooks.[1] It has a "unique partnership with MAFAT (the Israeli Ministry of Defense's Directorate of Defense R&D) and its partner agencies"[2][3].

Our partners & strategic advisors are entrepreneurs with a history of successful exits, seasoned investment professionals, and former senior directors of Israeli and global security and intelligence agencies like the CIA, FBI, MI5, CSIS, Mossad, Shin Bet, and Unit 8200 - bringing strong ties to the Israeli and global security & intelligence technology ecosystems.[5] Most of the board is presumably there to secure government contracts.
