Adriana Cerretelli is an Italian columnist and journalist.

Career

She holds a Master in Political Science from the Catholic University of Milan.

Before going into journalism, Adriana Cerretelli was a researcher at the Istituto di Studi di Politica internazionale (ISPI) in Milan.[1]

Cerretelli is a columnist for Il Sole 24 Ore in Brussels for Europe, NATO and global issues. She was also for many years the head of the correspondence office of Il Sole 24 Ore from Brussels and in the 1990s responsible for the newspaper's weekly edition about Europe.[2]

In her articles she deals with the politics of the [[European Union] , economic integration, the single currency, European enlargements and negotiations.

She teaches at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan.

She has published the book Europe against itself, written with Ugo Piccione and published by Il Sole 24 Ore.

She has won several journalistic awards in Italy.
