Criminal charge

In December 2018, Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière was convicted of "misuse of corporate property". He admitted to overpaying Penelope Fillon after having offered a job of convenience between 2012 and 2014.[1] He was fined 375,000 Euros and given an 8 month suspended prison sentence.
