Michael Sahlin is a Swedish diplomat[1][2].
Activities
When he was part of the Swedish Submarine Protection Commission, Sahlin was just as eager as Carl Bildt and Sven Andersson in fingering the Soviet Union as the guilty party for submarine incursions in Swedish waters.[3]
