Bernard Snoy et d'Oppuers's father, Jean-Charles Snoy et d'Oppuers, was a member of the Bilderberg Steering committee. He was awarded a "Bachelor in philosophy (UCL, 1964), Master in Law (UCL, 1967), Master in Economics (UCL, 1969) and Ph.D. in Economics (Harvard University, 1974)."[1]
