Presenter of Going Underground on RT about stories that aren’t being covered by the corporate media

Afshin Rattansi is a British broadcaster, journalist and author[1] who presents Going Underground on the Russia Today TV-network, "going underground to discover the stories that aren’t being covered by the mainstream UK media"[2], and a show much disliked by British authorities.[3]

Earlier in his career, he worked for the Today programme on BBC Radio 4, was one of the first English-language employees of Al Jazeera, CNN International, and Press TV.[4] He writes occasional articles for CounterPunch.[5]
