Ezekiel Jonathan "Zeke" Emanuel is an American oncologist, "bioethicist" and deep state actor.
He is brother of equally deep state actors Ari Emanuel and Rahm Emanuel.
Death panels
Emanuel has been a proponent of death panels.[1]
So there are two kinds of 'rationing,' you might say. One is absolute scarcity leading to rationing and that's when we don't simply don't have enough of something and you have to choose between people. We do that with pporgans]] for transplantation. We don't have enough. Some people will get it, other people won't and, tragically, people will die. Similarly if we ever have a flu pandemic-not if but when we have a flu pandemic-we're not going to have enough vaccine, we’re not going to have enough respirators, we’re not going to have enough hospital beds. We’re just going to have to choose between people.[2]
