Dr Mahmood Sariolghalam is an US-Iranian academic who attended the 2006 Bilderberg meeting. He was a Visiting Professor at the Brookings Institution in Washington DC in 2012 and at Carnegie Endowment in the fall of 2014.[1]
Education
Mahmood Sariolghalam received his M.A. and Ph.D. in international relations at the University of Southern California in 1982 and 1987, respectively. He also pursued a post doctorate at the Ohio State University.

Sariolghalam has taught in a number of countries in Europe, the Middle East, and in the United States for nearly three decades. He specializes in theories of international relations, the political economy of development, U.S.-Iranian relations, Iranian foreign policy, and political culture. He has written extensively in Farsi, Arabic, and English and he has made 633 presentations in 114 countries over the last 28 years.[1][3]
