Pandemic quiet
In contrast to predictions of ever increasing "pandemic potential", 2026 has so far seen very little fear mongering about virues.
Requiring Digital ID for internet access
In late 2025 and early 2026, governments around the world began demanding that digital ID be used to identify internet users. After some false trails were left (e.g. Britcard[1]) the strategy chosen was to and require age verification ("think of the children") for certain content such as gambling, pornography and "social media".[2]
(Modified?) Limited Hangout of the Epstein Affair
After years (not to say decades) of orchestrated silence by the commercially-controlled media about the Epstein Affair, 2026 saw their trumpeting the release of what they termed the "Epstein files", millions of (redacted) pages of documents by various US government agencies such as the FBI.
