Robert Edward Brinkley CMG is a retired UK diplomat. He worked as a British diplomat for 34 years, according to his Chatham House webpage.[1] He was posted in the Ukraine during the 2004 Orange Revolution and in Pakistan during the 2007 state of emergency.

Activities

Robert Brinkley took part in Cold War Then and Now?, an event organised by the Institute for Statecraft/Integrity Initiative.

Brinkley is a senator of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) and chairman of the steering committee of the Ukrainian Institute in London. He is chairman of The BEARR Trust, a British charity which "supports small health and social welfare groups" in Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the South Caucasus.[1]
