Former leader of the French vaccine committee on the High Council on Public Health. A fervent and well informed COVID dissident.

“I was involved in the management of several epidemics and pandemics, with different governments, and when I saw how the epidemic was managed since February-March 2020, I was amazed. I saw that it was completely crazy. That’s why I spoke out in the media, but now I’m censored in the media.”
Christian Perronne [1]

Christian Perronne is a doctor and university professor specializing in tropical pathologies and emerging infectious diseases. During his career, he has chaired many top-level health committees, including the French Specialist Committee for Communicable Diseases, and the High Council on Public Health (HCSP), which advises the government on public health policy and vaccination policy, where he wrote France's vaccination policy for many years.

After he started objecting to many of the French Covid policies from the beginning in March 2020, including lockdowns, suppressed treatments, mandatory masks and the vaccines, calling it "completely stupid" and "unethical", he was fired from his positions, deleted by social media corporations[2] while National Council of the Order of Physicians instigated legal action against him.

He is a member of the Bonsens association working for an urgent change in policy.[3]

Career

In 1992, he defended a doctoral thesis in medical science at the University of Paris-Diderot, under the supervision of Jean-Jacques Pocidalo. He collaboratively studyied the effects of adaptation to highly active antiretroviral therapy on AIDS, the results of which were published in 1998. In 2004, he participated in a research on a vaccine against the virus H5N1 of the bird flu.[4]

He is a Fellow of France's renowned biomedical research centre, the Institut Pasteur, from which he graduated in bacteriology and virology and where he was Deputy Director of the National Reference Centre for Tuberculosis and Mycobacteria until 1998[5].[4]

Professor Perronne is Head of the Medical Department at Raymond Poincaré Hospital in Garches, the teaching hospital for the University of Versailles-St Quentin near Paris. He was the University's Head of Department for Infectious and Tropical Diseases from 1994 onwards, but was fired from that position in December 2020, due to his protests against the unprecedented measures allegedly against Covid-19 taken by his successors in the High Council of Public Health.

Perronne was also the Vice-President of the European advisory group of experts on immunisation to the World Health Organisation. At national level in France, he has chaired the Infectious and Tropical Diseases Teaching College (CMIT), the Infectious Diseases Federation (FFI, which he co-founded), the High Council for Public Hygiene (CSHP), and the National Medical and Healthcare products Safety Agency (ANSM, previously AFSSAPS), which evaluates the health risks of medicines and is France's sole regulator of biomedical research. Until 2013, he sat on the Scientific Council of the French Microbiology and Infectious Diseases Research Institute (IMMI/INSERM).[4]

Covid 19

“Regarding lockdown, we now have the proof, by comparison between many countries in the world, that lockdown was completely useless, because the countries with the strictest policies of restricting civil liberties and so on, like France — France is a champion of the suppression of liberties today — have the worst results in the world.”
Christian Perronne [1]

Perronne started objecting early to the government's escalating and unprecedented Covid-policies implemented from March 2020. He is a member of the Bonsens association working for a urgent change in policy.

On December 17, 2020, his functions as head of the infectious and tropical diseases department at the Raymond-Poincaré hospital in Garches were terminated[6][7]

On October 19, 2020, the board of directors of the French Federation against tick vector diseases (FFMVT), one of specialist areas, dismissed him from his functions of vice-president and president of its scientific council, because of his remarks on Covid-19, to its support of the BonSens association whose “values” are considered “foreign to the ethics of the FFMVT”, and "his recent unavailability in the face of the work to be done within the federation"[8].

In early December 2020, the National Council of the Order of Physicians filed a legal complaint against six doctors, including Christian Perronne, because of comments deemed unacceptable about Covid-19.[9]

“We should by now have reliable serological tests. Serology is where you draw a blood sample and you look for the antibodies that your body has produced against a virus, if you had the disease weeks or months previously. The problem is that no lab in the world has developed a reliable serological test. That’s terrible.

The French physician David Mendels has published about this, comparing several serological tests (around twelve; I don’t remember the exact number) from China, Germany, France and other countries. They were all assessed by the Pasteur Institute in Paris, France. Most of these tests were bulls**t. They could not correctly identify the number of antibodies.

I think that’s terrible, because I think that the scientific community, [owing to] some conflicts of interest, didn’t want to develop reliable serological tests, because if we had done that, we would be able to see today that most of the British, French, German, Spanish population are now immunised.”

“The problem with all the drug [regulatory] agencies in the world—the FDA in the United States, the European Medical Agency, the French drug agency—they all say “No, hydroxychloroquine doesn’t work; azithromycin doesn’t work; ivermectin doesn’t work,” despite many, many published proofs that they work. Because if they acknowledge that they do work, it’s impossible for them to market their so-called “vaccines”. That’s the only reason; it’s a marketing reason.”
Christian Perronne (August 13, 2021)  [1]

“I’m a Fellow of the Louis Pasteur Institute; I’ve worked in the field of vaccination for years and years. This is the first time in my life that I’ve heard from companies, from the manufacturers, from the ministers, from the WHO [such talk]: “It’s a very good vaccine—but we have to tell you that if you are vaccinated, you can get the disease anyway! And we’re not sure, but it may slow the transmission.” This is not normal. If you are vaccinated with an efficient vaccine, you are protected. You should not have to wear a mask any more; you should have a normal life. But in fact, in many countries, they say, “Oh, you’ve been vaccinated, but you’re not really protected.” And now they say to the vaccinated—who are supposed to be protected, who should have confidence!—“Oh, the unvaccinated will contaminate you!””

Lyme disease

In 2016, he claimed that the explosion of Lyme disease, hidden by "the US military and scientists under its control" , was due to a poorly controlled proliferation of ticks from experiment in the US by the Nazi virology researcher Erich Traub, transferred to the United States as part of Operation Paperclip after WWII.[10][better source needed]
