Lawrence de Neufville was an OSS agent, recruited by John Baker into the CIA, and in turn recruited Michael Josselson. Worked as a consultant for the civil administration of Germany until 1948, in his words "working on the constitution, helping to set up the Adenauer government". After he joined the CIA, his cover was working in the office of the American high commissioner John McCloy.
