In 2002, Jacques Duchesneau was appointed[By whom?] as the first president and CEO of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, a then newly formed Canadian Crown Corporation, nominally in response to the events of 9-11.
The Huffington Post reported in 2012 that Jacques Duchesneau, Quebec Whistleblower, Leaked Construction Corruption Report Because Government Didn't Care, He Says, about corruption in the Canadian construction industry.[1]
