In "US and EU Are Paying Ukrainian Rioters & Protesters", a Boiling Frogs Post article from February 2014, Dr Paul Craig Roberts alleged that "A number of confirmations have come in from readers that Washington is fueling the violent protests in Ukraine with [US] taxpayer dollars".
