Robert Edward Brinkley CMG is a retired UK diplomat. He worked as a British diplomat for 34 years, according to his Chatham House webpage.[1]

Robert Brinkley took part in Cold War Then and Now?, an event organised by the Institute for Statecraft/Integrity Initiative.
