Dr David George Clark MP, Baron Clark of Windermere, is a UK politician. He was a senior fellow at the Institute for Statecraft where his specialities were listed as "International Security; Transatlantic Relations; UK Foreign Policy; Eastern Europe". He directed their "The Future of the West" project. He is also a member of the Atlantic Council of the United Kingdom.
