Background
A grandson of Winston Churchill, son of Randolph Churchill, MP.
Career
As a conservative MP, he chaired the Campaign for Peace Through Freedom, an umbrella organisation set up to coordinate moves against CND by the and Coalition for Peace Through Security the British Atlantic Commitee[1]
