Humza Yousaf is a Scottish National Party politician. He is the establishment candidate to succeed Nicola Sturgeon as First Minister of Scotland.[1]
As Transport Secretary he was fined £300 for driving without insurance.[2] As Justice Secretary he expanded the hate crime law to crack down on "hate speech". This included creating a new offence of "intentionally stirring up hatred".[3] In 2020, Humza Yousaf became widely known for giving an anti white speech in the Scottish Parliament.[4]
