Colonel Ignas Stankovičius is a senior Lithuanian soldier. His CV indicates that he joined the Institute for Statecraft in 2005, a year before it officially started. He was listed a senior associate fellow of the with a special interest in "International Security" until the group took its website down.[1]
Career
Stankovičius has held many senior military posts.[2]
