Oliver James McTernan is a spooky UK businessman. His Linkedin profile described him as of 2019 as "Experienced mediator in conflict situations. Active in promoting inter-cultural dialogue. Widely travelled with a large network of political/community contacts in Middle East and North Africa."[1]
Activities
McTernan founded Foward Thinking. He is a former director of the UK/Council on Foreign Relations. In 2008 he became a director of the Institute For Statecraft.
