Le Cercle met in St James’s Court Hotel in Westminster, London in June 2016, according to Alan Duncan. He described Le Cercle as “a long-standing, slightly crazy security conference which I’ve been going to for years.”.[1]

Nadhim Zahawi as Chair of Le Cercle 2015-2017, so was presumably in attendance.
