Michael Morell is a former CIA acting director and CIA deputy director. He stated on US television that he wanted to assassinate the people close to the leaders of Russia, Iran and Syria.^[1] Later Vladimir Putin's "favourite chauffeur" was killed in a highly suspicious head on collision with an oncoming car.^[2]^[3]
