As is standard for NATO Secretaries General, Dirk Stikker attended the Bilderberg, although he is not known to have attended before becoming secretary general, the universal pattern since Robert R. Bowie presented a keynote on Should NATO be reorganized and if so how? to the 1966 Bilderberg.[1][2]
