The first mass shooting in Britain since the 2010 Cumbria shootings.
The shooter was a Lone nut. His social media accounts on YouTube and Facebook were erased almost immediately.
Local MP Johnny Mercer said it was one of the 'darkest days' for Plymouth for many years.[1]
Damian Hinds was appointed the new Minister of State for Security.
