Career
In 1967, Pierre Mendès France was Mayor of Grenoble. Francis Ghilès worked for him as a "research assistant".
Bob Denard was part of a plot to assassinate him in 1954, for trying to end the war in Indochina. Denard served 18 months in jail, before getting a job in the police force upon his release. [1]
