Huseyin Celem attended the University of Ankara.
Career
Celem has worked in Washington DC, Buenos Aires, Moscow and Paris ( as a Turkish Delegate to the OECD). He also worked as Director General and Deputy Undersecretary at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then as Ambasador to Saudi Arabia, Kenya and Greece, Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
