Rick Gladstone is an editor and writer on the International Desk of the New York Times. He has worked at the newspaper since 1997, starting as an editor in the Business Day and Sunday Business sections.[1]

Education

He attended the University of Michigan, Middlebury Chinese School and the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of California, Berkeley.[1]

Career

Prior to joining The Times he was a reporter and editor at The Associated Press for 17 years, starting in San Francisco and later in Portland, Oregon, Beijing, and the A.P.’s foreign and business desks in New York. [1]
