Marc Dutroux was a Belgian serial rapist and abuser convicted of offences against children including rape and murder in a televised trial. Dutroux was made famous by the suspicions of the Belgian public (and his own allegations) that police on multiple levels were instructed to leave him alone although he was already convicted of child rapes.[1]

Marc Dutroux was convicted for the abduction and rape of five young girls in 1989 and sentenced to 13.5 years in prison. Dutroux was released on parole after just three years imprisonment. Dutroux was investigated and arrested again in 1996 on suspicion of having abducted, tortured, and sexually abused six girls between the age of 8 and 19, and several more victims began speaking out. 300,000 people protested throughout Belgium against this lenient "non surveillance".
Dutroux's widely publicised trial ended with his guilty conviction on all charges in 2004, and he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
Dutroux was arrested with Jean-Michel Nihoul.[2] The Pedophocracy and the Belgian deep state were somewhat exposed as a result of the Dutroux Affair, for example when the jurors at his trial registered an extraordinary protest. During his trial Dutroux continued to insist that he was part of a Europe-wide VIPaedophile ring including senior politicians, police officers and businessmen.[3][4][5][6][7]
Many of Dutroux's witnesses were killed or died under weird circumstances, mirroring the much later Epstein Affair.
Connections
Even more ridiculous is the fact that Marc Dutroux reportedly knew Paul Latinus, member of the Westland New Post. The WNP was an alleged part of the CIA-sponsored Operation Gladio division of Belgium that conducted false flag mass terror attacks on Belgian soil to accuse Communists local elements and Russia. The most famous example is the Brabant Massacres.[2]
