Harold Langmead Taylor Taswell was a South African diplomat.
Activities
He represented South Africa in Rwanda, Washington and then Geneva (the United Nations Office at Geneva).
Le Cercle
He wrote a summary of the 1977 Cercle meeting in South Afica which emerged on the internet in 2017.[1]
