Chris Hernon is a UK journalist/propagandist[1] member of the Integrity Initiative. He is a member of the IfS "TOR Team" with a reported 15 years of experience. His job title is listed as "Quality control" and his other roles as "Social media monitoring, evaluation, response".[2]

Background

Hernon's Twitter homepage announces "Married to a Ukrainian 🇺🇦 ".

Activities

Chris Hernon worked as a team manager at BBC monitoring.[3]

The Integrity Initiative Leak stated that "David Leask is a Scottish investigative journalist with a Russianist background who writes about financial corruption schemes and Kremlin propaganda attempts to co-opt the Scottish independence movement. Chris Hernon has told him about the project and brought him to meet the group."[4] Another leak mentions Leask as a "former BBC Monitoring colleague of Chris Hernon".[5]

Integrity Initiative Leak #4 contained Document:Nationbuilder People, which mentioned Chris Hernon as "point_person_name_or_email" for Jonathan Beale, Howard Gethin and Johnathan Marcus.
