Sir Chris Bryant is a Labour Member of Parliament. As Chair of the Commons Committee on Standards, he has actively pursued Andrew Bridgen.[1] The same year he missed out on becoming the new Rector of Exeter College, Oxford.[2] He was also knighted.[3]

Russiagate

Bryant made a a formal court acceptance of errora after accusing Christopher Chandler, a New Zealand-born investor and co-founder of a London-based thinktank, of links to Russian intelligence.[4]

Comparing Putin with Hitler

In 2022, he invoked Godwin's law:

On 14 February 2022, John Pilger tweeted:

By comparing Putin with Hitler and Russia with the Nazis, Labour MP Chris Bryant out-Tories the Tories to become a finalist for the Warmongers Prize. The winner of this coveted award must abuse Russia without proof or referring to the risk of world war. Nominations please![5]

Pro War

On 14 February 2022, George Galloway tweeted:

A LOATHSOME SLITHERING INDIVIDUAL Labour MP Chris Bryant appeared on a dating show in his underpants and voted for every war going, from Iraq and Afghanistan to Syria. You can tell Peru’s new president Castillo is a good egg because Bryant and Labour hate him. [6]
