James "Jim" H. Baker attended the 2018 and 2019 Bilderbergs. ZeroHedge remarked that "The clearest indication that some sort of US-led conflict is on the cards is the presence of the Pentagon’s top war-gamer, James H Baker."[1]
Career
The Pentagon's Inspector General reportedly "launched a preliminary investigation into charges that James H. Baker, the director of the Defense Department’s Office of Net Assessment (ONA), is retaliating against a whistleblower who warned of “rigged” contracts to outside consultants, The Daily Caller News Foundation has confirmed."[2]
