Samuel Halpern was a CIA officer from 1947 to 1974.[1]
Career
Halpern joined the CIA in 1947. "In the late 1950s Halpern was executive assistant to Desmond FitzGerald, the chief of the Far Eastern Division of the CIA."[2]
