An Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) is by it's original 1953 definition: "any airborne object which by performance, aerodynamic characteristics, or unusual features, does not conform to any presently known aircraft or missile type, or which cannot be positively identified as a familiar object".[1] It is mostly synonymous, or having strong overlap with Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAP).

Official Narrative

Most UFOs are identified on investigation as conventional objects or phenomena.

Concerns

A highly manipulated topic[2] that has caused many controversies over the years. There is some speculation that the increased nuclear testing since the 1950s coincided with increased UFO activity and a significant number of sightings have been close to nuclear installations.[3][4][5]

Russia

USSR

In 2013 RBTH interviewed a person named Vasily Yeremenko, who according to the article, oversaw the KGB division for air force and aircraft manufacturing. This division was "entrusted with the task of collecting all reports of UFO sightings". In the early 80's, an experiment was staged to summon UFO's: "By then, experts had realized that UFOs were frequently sighted in areas of "heightened tension" – for instance, during weapons tests, or when there was a lot of military hardware gathered in one area." The article describes these objects as "luminous spheres", akin to the Foo fighter's of World War 2.[6]

United States

Since 2020

By 2020 the Department of Defense has reversed its decades old stance after the closure of Project Bluebook to categorically deny/ignore the existence of the phenomenon[citation needed] and acknowledged the authenticity of US/Navy fighter jet videos from 2004 and 2015.[7]

George Carlin“To my way of thinking, there is every bit as much evidence for the existence of UFOs as there is for the existence of God. Probably far more. At least in the case of UFOs there have been countless taped and filmed—and, by the way, unexplained—sightings from all over the world, along with documented radar evidence seen by experienced military and civilian radar operators.”George Carlin
Jimmy Carter“"Yes the incident of Jimmy Carter crying after being briefed about classified information regarding UFO's is largely believed to be true by the serious researchers on the subject. As a forewarning, the following information is very unsettling and will explain why Cater never "kept his promise" of revealing classified UFO information to the public.

According to the story that was corroborated by more than once witness, U.S. presidents are only given a cursory overview of the subject. Apparently, the CIA runs the program, only provide information to the President on a need to know basis, and do no consider presidential curiosity as sufficient need to know. This was implemented after Kennedy, and all presidents after him have been given only summary briefings (some presidents for unknown reasons were given more than others).

Okay onto your question, President Carter is a deeply religious man who had also witnessed a UFO with 6 other people. Everyone thought that he would be the one to finally release UFO info to the public but as the story goes, he was repeatedly stonewalled. Eventually, the CIA had "the talk" with him, and afterward it was reported that he sunk his head in his hands and not only began to deeply sob, but was visibly disturbed for some weeks afterward.

What was he told and shown?

He was told that major religions including Christianity were programs created by extraterrestrials to prevent us from destroying ourselves while they ran their experiments on us -- and that they made us. At this moment is became clear to Carter that such information could cause tremendous economic and social upheaval. I should add that I am not only a Christian, but a clergyman, so I am in no way attempting to promote atheism here. In fact, how God fits into this might be an interesting separate post. Nevertheless, these are the facts as I know them to be."”

Elon Musk“Seems like an opportune moment to bring up the Fermi Paradox, aka 'Where are the aliens?' Really odd that we see no sign of them. Btw, please don't mention the pyramids. Stacking stone blocks is not evidence of an advanced civilization. The rumor that I'm building a spaceship to get back to my home planet Mars is totally untrue. The ancient Egyptians were amazing, but if aliens built the pyramids, they would've left behind a computer or something”X
