A diplomat named as the first "embassy contact" for the Netherlands in the II

'Matthew (Matt) Puttick' is a lawyer and the very first Dutch-based embassy contact named for the Integrity Initiative in the Integrity Initiative/Leak/1. He was replaced by Stefan Kirchner in September 2018.[1]
Background
He's also has a degree in Human Resource Management and Development. He has worked for the UK embassy for at least 5 years being promoted after working at the European Department of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.[2]
His bio states he's "an UK Civil Servant with 10+ years experience across three Government Departments. Proud member of Her Majesty’s Diplomatic Service, currently preparing for my next role as a UK representative to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva. Originally from the North East of England. Disability Confident.
I have a broad range of experience and proven record of achievement in both foreign policy work (specialising in Multilateral/UN business) and dealing with Corporate issues (Legal, HR and Finance prior to joining the Foreign Office; Estates, Security and IT since joining).

Disappearance
His LinkedIn page was removed for google results during 2018, during the Integrity Initiative/Leak/1, and about the same time he got replaced by Stefan Kirchner.[3]
He became part of the British support team for the COVID 19-epedemic.
