Armand de Decker was a spooky Belgian politician.

Career

He was a PRL congressman 1981-95 and a MR senator since 1995. Chair Council of Brussels 1995-99. Chair Senate 1999-2004 and 2007-10. Member l'Institut Européen pour la Paix et la Sécurité.[1]
