Osman Esim Olcay was a Turkish diplomat[1][2] who attended the 1985 Bilderberg meeting.
Background
Osman Olcay attended St. Joseph High School and graduated from the Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences.
Career
He worked in the foreign ministry, first as a clerk, then in various capacities in the consular services, including as a NATO delegate. Later he worked at Turkish embassies in Helsinki and New Delhi. In 1968/1969 he was appointed Deputy Secretary General of NATO[3].
In 1971 he was Turkish Foreign Minister in the government of Nihat Erim.
