Norman Frank Reddaway was a spooky UK diplomat whom John Pilger termed "One of Her Majesty's most experienced liars'"[1] over his role in the bloody coup which brought General Suharto to power in Indonesia in the late 1960s.[2] Reddaway was the head of the Information Research Department of the UK Foreign Office.[3]
