Joseph H. Williams[1][2] was an Oklahoma oilman with experience from Iran. He attended the 1979, 1980 and 1982 Bilderberg meetings.

Education

Joseph H. Williams graduated from Yale University in 1956. He was conscripted to the army and was an artillery officer 1956-58, being deployed in West Germany.[3]

Career

He joined family-owned Williams Brothers pipeline construction business, following in the footsteps of his father, uncle, brother, and cousins. He became Resident Manager of the Overseas Construction Division in Iran and returned to the United States in 1968 to the expanding Williams Companies and became Chairman in 1979. In total, he spent 35 years with the multibillion-dollar company, the last 15 as chairman and chief executive officer.[3]
