Reince Priebus has was previously RNC general counsel, and is the former chairman of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, where he is credited with helping to bring nationally known figures such as Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and Governor of Wisconsin Scott Walker, into power on the state level and prominence on the national stage.[4]

Allegations of Vote Fraud

In 2016, Roger Stone accused both Reince Priebus and Scott Walker of election fraud.[5]
