Olli Heinonen was the Deputy Director-General for Safeguards at the International Atomic Energy Agency.

He is a Senior Advisor of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and United Against Nuclear Iran. Both groups are strongly aligned with US/Israeli foreign policy could reasonably be suspected to be CIA front organizations.
