Negotiated Sergei Skripal's spy swap

Daniel N. Hoffman is an American former intelligence officer who became a Fox News contributor in May 2018. Before joining Fox News, Hoffman had a distinguished career with the Central Intelligence Agency, where he was a station chief in Moscow and a senior executive Clandestine Services officer.[1][2]
