The United Nations Office On Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is the UN body which promotes the "war on drugs".

This pushes a "zero tolerance" policy on drugs, promoting the "War on Drugs".

Funding

In 2007, the largest 5 funders were the European Union, Canada, United States, the united Nations and Sweden. Sweden and the US are notable in being leading proponents of the "War on Drugs".
