Attended Le Cercle. Pat Balestreri was a Pentagon liaison to Le Cercle in the 1980s. He also worked in the office of Senator Arlen Specter.[1][2]

He was Staff Director in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, where he drafted a report on security assistance to southern NATO countries for the European Affairs Subcommitte[3]
