GoatMatrix.net is an alternative Reddit-like social media forum that was hand-coded from scratch by developer x0x7, along with his other projects.
The GoatMatrix forum was originally named Matrix.Gvid.TV, tied in with x0x7's video hosting site, Gvid.TV, and image hosting site, Img.Gvid.TV.
Gvid.TV was started on ???, 20??[citation needed] and the forum name-change to GoatMatrix.net occurred in the fall of 2024.[citation needed] The site code is proprietary.[citation needed]
