David John Rowland is a British property developer, banker and financier.
According to The Sunday Times Rich List in 2019, David Rowland is worth £612 million. He is nicknamed 'Spotty'.[2]

The Rowland family is an investment adviser to Prince Andrew, Duke of York.[3]
