Morneau resigned from the Cabinet and Parliament in August 2020 to seek the position of secretary-general of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), in the wake of the WE Charity scandal.[1]
Activities
In 2020 "approved the spending of nearly $200 billion in federal aid in a deliberate effort to shut down huge portions of Canadian society"[2]
