Iranian-American activist and writer

Mazda Majidi is an Iranian-American activist and writer. He is a member of the San Francisco branch of the Party for Socialism and Liberation. [1]

He has given extensive analysis of the situation in Iran, of "different factions jockeying for power in Iranian politics, including the Reformists and Principlists, and looks at reactionary opposition forces like the MEK and pro-shah monarchists, the attempts by foreign powers to exploit the unrest to push for regime change, and the incredible hypocrisy of American, Israeli, and Saudi government rhetoric, along with the CIA's well-documented anti-Iran activities."[2]

He has also written about U.S. interventions in the Middle East in general[3], and at the situation in Syria (see document below)
