John F. Lehman, Jr. is an American investment banker and writer who served as Secretary of the Navy in the Reagan administration. He has been implicated in 9/11.[1]

Career

Reagan’s Navy Secretary from 1981 till 1987.

He claims US is in religious war against “violent, Islamic Fundamentalism”;

He was a PNAC member.
